Our services include digital content and online classes, which are considered non-tangible and non-returnable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Change of mind after payment

• Failure to attend classes

• Internet or device issues

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was made multiple times by mistake

• Technical errors caused duplicate charges

• Access was not provided due to our system error

Such requests must be made within 7 days of payment.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed via PayHere
